Yes she is on the S-1 filing you posted. From what I have read she is the ONLY person in your list noted as to being Fired for some kind of action against the company.

Its too bad for her holding 7.75 million shares, according to the JBI by-laws having to return them at the original purchased value :(

That to me sounds like someone has a axe to grind against JBII and the success of this company.

Could that be a reason why someone would make such a stink?
