We already hit a new high of 1.83 today

Usually a new high in the beginning of the day on low percentage gains has been an indication of high percentage gains and closing at a higher HOD. That's the pattern I've seen at least. Last time this happened was the day we were opening at about 84 cents on Monday, small gains in the morning, slight dip, then it shot up on mid-day news.

The way APS and sister sites work... they send out emails in a patterned schedule. One site sends out pre-market, then another comes out within the next 1-2hrs... and so on, each one following in about a 1-2hr span.
