HISC as I understand it will get their share of the profits under the contractual terms. Royalty agreements simular to that of a cell phone where as there may be many different individual companies where technology is used. Share in the proceeds even though it is not their product. Nextel may be providing the cleg or transmission patents. Just my guess.

Google the user fees for OnStar and you will see a simular arangement. I posted it here about two weeks ago. XM and Sirus radio have the same pay structure. You buy a radio and pay a monthly fee. Look at their stock. Im not saying a year from now that HISC will be trading at 10 or 20 (cough) bucks. But anything is posible if the technology does what it is suppose to do and good. Parents are happy, Homeland Security is happy, and America is just plain tickled.
