Great find JP.
Your news is likely the cause of the strong early minutes move up. One thing that I am starting to notice, and like what I see, is that NEOM is starting to trade on every little piece of news. Good or bad it is starting to respond to the news. This is a good sign in my opinion. It is the precursor to becoming a main stream traded stock.
