There will be an update as soon as it is filed
Target Date for Q3, 10K & Q1 2012 is May 15th.
They plan on being fully compliant then, get CE removed and Uplist.

"Up date after Q2 filing. Ongoing in Sierra Leonne. I am on my way to Ghana."

Sounds as if Q2 could be out today or sometime next week with PR to follow.
