The change of legal counsel is very interesting in itself. Snry's "old" legal counsel could have done this S-8 for them so there was no reason to change firms other than the "new" company uses Simmons as their counsel. That along with the power of attorney for Fann makes me believe we are extremely close to that elusive merger 8k.

Hopefully we will find out soon!!
