Reverse split? Wow

Toxic financing, dilution, and now a reverse split smacks so much of a penny stock it's unbelievable.

I guess there will be those who will say "See? We TOLD you it was going to a buck!"

lol, if they don't hurry, a 1 for 10 won't get them there.

All a reverse split does is give the false impression to new buyers that, well, it isn't a penny stock. Then after the split there's all this NEW room for the stock price to drop.

Take NEOM, a penny stock with a good story a while back, still has a little bit of a story but management/toxic financiers have just treated it like a personal piggy bank.

I ran into NEOM around .05 via a Tobin Smith tout, rode it into the .40's then played a couple of bounces. Then I started documenting what happened to companies NEOM's particular toxic financier got involved with ... road to oblivion.

After the run and the bounces, the stock was around .40, incredible toxic dilution ran it down to a penny, they did a 1 for 100 reverse split and got it to a buck, and now it's at .02 again, which from the viewpoint of folks who bought it pre-split for .10, .20, .30, .40 etc is the same as .0002. A stock which traded for dimes and quarters and touted it's coming great achievements now at 2 one hundredths of a penny.

So, TIV shareholders have THAT to look forward to, going from .15 to 3.00 with a 1 for 20 (woohoo, TIV's over a buck, it's $3, woohoo!), then back to .15 which would be the equivalent of $0.0075 to today's shareholders.

And that's how these scenarios often go.

Or maybe something completely different will happen, like TIV becoming profitable with a positive EPS.
