Vestin Realty Mortgage II, Inc. (VRM II) operates as a real estate investment trust (REIT). The principal investment objective of VRM II is to invest approximately 97% of the assets in real estate loans, while maintaining approximately 3% as a working capital cash reserve. The Company invest in loans, which are secured by first or second trust deeds on real property. The manager of VRM II is Vestin Mortgage, Inc. as of December 31, 2010, the Company’s loans were in the states, such as Arizona, California, Nevada, Oregon and Texas.
