One of Best Days until Last 25 Mins

I missed the entire crash, was on the phone for an hour, starting 30 mins before close, at HOD prices. And had 15 posts for day, so could not chime in afterwards, but was shocked by 50% crash from price when got on phone.

Looks somewhat manufactured. The panic? Over doing RS of 40-1? That has been a very common topic of conversation on this board for months. I have talked with Sam about it. They want to go over $1 a share and Uplist. Generally thought a good idea by shareholders.

A RS does not cause dilution.

In regard to the conv debt/warrants issue, known about for years here, and a problem no doubt. But they would have gone belly up a few years ago without it. They paid down a lot last year and reduced the fully diluted a lot. If converted we get quite a lot of cash at .008 a share, more than the close PPS. This was one of the most talked about subjects here for last two years, check my posts.

They have reduced debt last year before they went over $1 mill a month in sales. They have more cash now than last year after they bot back debt, replaced it all with operating cashflow.

Extending the debt maturuty is everyday thing for most companies and has been done by IVFH before. So what is the issue, the PR was good news. They might be able to retire all the debt by maturity, the way they are going, that would be fantastic news.

The authorized amount is a technicality, been there for years. I want them to buyout/retire as much debt as possible, and last year they did great job at that. Nothing is going to be converted unless we are over about .01.

They might exchange stock for debt/warrants at discount, if they do that yes dilution of float, but enrichmnet of fully diluted and their balance sheet would improve and interest paymnets drop so profits would go up a lot.

So what is the issue here? A money making opportunity for those with dry powder.

Cheers
