That is exactly what Joe, Dean and Josh would say. They own 6/7th's of the company and have a strangle hold on the commons. I'm sure they would say "so what! Keep buying, nothing to see here except huge profit!" What they don't say is that all the profit is from selling shares, and it goes right into their pockets.

What happens when this "business" fails again? "Oh how about a 1000:1 R/S, we own 6/7th of the company, who needs common shareholders!"
