I have a conspiracy theory for everyone. Mr Foley came from a hedge fund right? We all know how hedge fund managers can get their info and construct money practically out of thin air right? Well, perhaps this is all part of a larger picture move by IFSL to get a big sell off so that the folks Mr Foley back in March was talking to can start buying at the best prices ever? Just a thought...it warrants consideration in today's market AND eSpeCialLy down here in penny land.
