I had trouble posting the chart, but the 200 DMA is .017 which we will eclipse within 10 days. When the 50 DMA crosses the 200 DMA it is a buy signal that pops up on many traders radar screens. From that point, the rally will become a self fulfilling prophecy as the "fear of loss" crowd pours money in. Before you know it this thing hit's a nickel.
