nope.

here's the fun part for me though. hypothetical situation coming up. i think its been thrown out there already by others but i will mention it again..... i am still trying to figure out where the range of $1-$3 came from. so let's say you have 100000 IFXY shares as of the 19th, and you hold until the day the lockwood shares actually hit your trading account, and they come in at a dollar. when the transaction goes through, you will own 10k lockwood shares at a dollar each, for a grand total of $10,000 dollars.

even as of today's closing price those free shares are worth more than the current price of IFXY. so those same 100k IFXY shares only have a face value of $8,999. man, something isn't adding up for me. what benefit is it to them to give us these shares, when the original stock currently isn't even worth the proposed dividend. what if the dividend price comes in at $1.50 or 2 or 3?

is it possible that my current hypothetical holding of 100000 ifxy shares, might only be worth a 1/3 of my lockwood dividend if it gets valued at $3???

splits are supposed to have no impact besides doubling your shares and making an easier entry for more investors, and dividends are supposed to be small in comparison to the main holding.

i know its a one time distribution, but as of right now it's less than a 1 to 1 value, super for us.

i am not sure what this means, but i have been thinking about it alot. anyone have any thoughts or can help me understand why this seems so weird to me, please enlighten me.
