Lochan, agree with your comments. I can't tell what exactly EXTO is getting. I thought Rio whatever, only had 30-35% of the wells and land. I forget how many restricted shares we gave for the 3.5% participation, just wonder how much this will cost and whether it will be worth it.

JMO, I think the OXY thing was thrown in for fluff purposes.
