I might add any revenue in the news below 1 Million dollars is a level 3 even 2 Million would still be a level 4 or 5.

Anything any story at all in a newspaper or Magazing that is NOT on some sort of revenue coming in is below 5.

Example:

"A Big story comes out In the New York Times and around the country that Dnag was involved with the BTK Killings."

jever this is a 4 or 5 at best.{for wall street}Big buyers just dont care much about that News if there is NO MONEY TO BE MADE !!!! ITS ALL ABOUT MONEY.

Please, if you dont like the responce coming your way its because you are not using the scale right. This was not 8 or 9 as one of your posts said.

Level 8 or 9 involves MONEY. By way of - Buy Outs - Merger - Acquisitions - Gov. Grants in the Millions. MONEY - BIG MONEY - BIG BIGGER MONEY,MONEY,MONEY.

Please be careful about what number you pick !!! If there is no BIG MONEY i dont care what the news is on or who is doing it its a level 5 or less.
