Hypotheticals abound about OTOW, while the obstacles out way the potentials at this point. Revenue and funding first. The reality is that nothing notable has changed. Remaining grounded until then. No point in getting worked up over what hasn’t happened. The company needs revenue and funding…period! Until then, the PPS won't see pennyland, let alone .25 or .50.
