Bucks- I thought the same as you at first. However the previous year end was January 31st and we received a NT-10q for that date within the 45 days after year end. A bit confusing as to why there was a 10q for January 31st and not a 10k. Now with the year end being march 7th(for the time being) are we to expect a 10q(as was filed last time)within 45 days or a 10k which would be 90 days out from March 7th??
