Can you provide a link to this "millions of shares" of dilution? I'm not saying it didn't happen, but just saying it, doesn't make it so.

And people here have been clamoring for many months about news about actual agreements not just another letter of intent. The company finally delivers and get accused of "spawning tons of hype".

I still would look no further than all the people that posted here for about 48 hours (that now all seem to have moved on) for blame for the "tons of hype".
