Clearly shows that this stock wants to make a move forward but that's impossible with no driven force to push it that way. looking at the chart shows several pushes upward but clearly nothing solid. Once news hits this should show some stability to hold at a higher position. BIG question is when is the news coming ???? I know most investors are sitting at the sidelines Waiting/Watching too.
