it's an issue of personal liberty and it is a state issue - the feds need to stay out of states' business in my opinion. look, i don't smoke it or use it in any way, but absolutely mj should be legal in states whose voters are so inclined. i do not believe that romney will be worse for the mmj industry than obama... in fact, judging by romney's support of states' rights on issues like abortion, he could very well be better for the industry than obama in my opinion.
