As important Supplement to former Point 4.

Just freezing and not selling the stocks as proposed
could be a risk, because at any possible US-Authorities
company closing, the stocks become ZERO value and
everything is lost.

At any "Chaper 11 Procedure" the stock becomes only
$ 0.0001 as by Velatel registered, but we can assume
that Velatel will avoid to enter any such procedure,
because it would be the same as for example a bandit
goes to police and says "help me help me, because the
person I did steale some money like to beat me-up !"
