Video speaker explained very clearly, they
could only drill 3 thousnad feet with the
drill machine at this time because, of the wieght
of the drilling steel. At 4 thousand feet the (steel) he
said would be to heavy for this machine to pull up.
Now that's the statement, the 4 thousand feet was just a
pump up to the public.
