Second Replay as Supplement for the first Replay

Before I mentioned about the project of ZTE together with China
Telecom where they install 4G internet at 12 cities in China,
but forgeth to mention that the 12 cities are from the 29 cities
at Velatel's Blah-Blah Sino Crossing since two years overdue did nothing there.
About the mentioned biggest Mobile company now doing the 4G
internet by NSN-Nokia Siemens Network, this company has already
600 millions internet and mobile phone subscribers and the second biggest company mentioned doing now the 4G with a Taiwanese
company they have about 450 millions subscribers, Etc.
The population in China is also limited by about 1.2 billions.
It means the two new companies Velatel for impression and other
personal puposes only did just register, for as they say Blah-Blah "Service Agreements in China", are not anymore much left
for them, resulting could possibly only servicing the sales of
eis-creame or hot-dogs at China's streets.
