Anyone one know when this POS will be deemed a worthles stock so I can remove it from my account and claim it as a tax loss? Fidelity tells me that the company itself must deem it a worthless stock and there is nothing they can do. They even said I should call them and ask. I about spit my coffee all over my keyboard at that suggestion.
