The preferred shares are completely separate from the fully diluted common share count.

As I understand it, they have different voting rights, such that Solomon will maintain control of the company. You might email Chad about this, or particulars.

Doesn't mean JF won't have a strong voice at the table. Sounds like there will be a Swedish Board member(s).

I was interested in The Swede's comment that if SIAF presents to the Swedish stock board 4/24 -- as well as JF 4/25 -- that's a strong indication that they intend to list there. Can anyone add insight when and where they will present, and what the steps to list in Sweden entail?
