Clay does not have any ownership in Rio Rancho/Rio Riata or Bayport/EXTO. He works as an oil and gas consultant for the owners of Rio Rancho/Rio Riata. So actually, there is no part that Clay is giving up. Bayport is significantly expanding its ownership in Rio Rancho/Rio Riata from the previously agreed upon value.
