I would figure it at maybe 20% and if better great. Setting expectations should be Mgt. job and they have failed miserably at that task. Rather they give a tad of information and let imaginations fill in the blanks and therefore that is why I prefer to see it in print by them and signed off. Under promise and over deliver. I hope we see that soon, but history makes me doubtful it happens any time soon.
