Your so right bro......Nothing we can do till we get the news. From there then we can do some DD on the new company. Things will get more interesting and def more exciting at that point. And by then maybe we all can regain our losses and actually make a profit when all is said and done!!!!

Right now it honestly sucks bc we are all down $$$ and still waiting. Realistically how much longer can they keep all of us waiting? We should see some sort of filing soon. Its been over a month since the last one. What im looking for is a big Press Release along with the filing of the 8k. That would draw big attention and move this PPS out of the gutter.

Its still mind boggling that we are so low after the split. Why did the MM's push the ask so low after the "D" came off? Currently at a $200k market cap is absurd. We should be over $10mil market cap with a solid company producing consistent revenues. (possibly Verndale)

Has anyone contacted the TA to make sure the O/S and/or float are the same since the split? Bc then we can atleast know for sure the company is not selling shares.
