Madsen makes a personal trip to review and finalize the audits, himself.

It's more than a mere "signing off" of the report that's involved.

In light of the scrutiny China company auditors are receiving today, I'd do my best to meet FASB protocol, hopefully keeping red flags at half-mast and out of PCAOB line of sight; let alone an SEC sanction.
