I tried to call again this afternoon & was told "they are not at library to disclose info". I will now have my broker send them a letter. May be a few days until I get any update regarding share structure. Transfer agents can & should divulge such info, when their workload permits. Your broker will help you obtain various public info, including share structure, although there may be a fee for their time & service.
Lets get real though, there is no reason to split hairs here....float of 15mil, or 20mil, or 25mil...I'll take it. Sooner or later this is going to explode, barring any terrible news. Most pennies are at several billion. People wonder why the ask is so far above the bid, because so few shares exist, and those holding are not selling. Low floaters are like antiques, rare! Get em while you can. I have been at this for many years & could see this at $4.00 in as few as 2 years....ONLY MY OPINION ...AND I'M NO PROFESSIONAL. But I'm in, long and strong. I've learned alot the hard way, but the best advice I ever got was to be patient. Do your DD, know what price your willing to get in & what price your willing to get out; & stick to it (gain or loss, have a plan). GLTY.
