You guys are the Best! I really enjoy some of the theories offered about who the Third Party Investor is in GRID's PR. I don't think we have all the information needed to state anything as fact, But while we are on the subject I might as well contribute my spill. I know you guys may shoot it down ,but here goes... hopefully the third party GRID IS referring to isn't KIDD, I notice KIDD wasn't mention in the 04-09-12 PR, GRID didn't say who up dated them on the new drilling time line. If I remember correctly GRID wanted to buy a private holding company as to the 02-02-12 PR, (usually companies don't sell when they are making money.) but then GRID decided against the purchase as to the 02-21-12 PR, seems to me like grid was saying we'll just wait after doing some DD on the potential Purchase, now this leaves out JUMEIRAH RESOURCES because, JUMEIRAH is a publicly traded company with a share price of around $1.50 per share so I think they could most likely find the $152.000. or so to stay in the venture, but KIDD isn't (private) GRID PR'D that they would instead JV with the private company they intended to buy. If it's not KIDD, then it's the company GRID wanted to buy back in February, I just don't believe it's JUMEIRAH that pulled out of this deal. whoever it is, I hope GRID can add to our % interest. 19 DAYS TILL DRILLING! BEGINS, I also think we will get hit by a few PR'S with then that time, JMO.
