You are implying there is an investigation with the FBI, DOJ, or SEC... at one time, or ongoing.

So...

If there is an investigation, please show us any SEC filings against Drake or former employees. In fact, if there WAS an investigation, do you think they would compound it with a pump and dump?

and two... if there is not one, then your statement is either false, or... wait for it... THEY FOUND NOTHING WRONG in the investigation.

The board breathlessly awaits any formal or legal writ of an investigation, charges, etc... that you might have.
