Don't know if anyone has posted this yet, but I thought it was a good video to see, and makes some comparisons between Bush and Obama, in the eyes of our Marines.

Watch it and read the comment by the poster. The two settings are in fact different, however the second one, with Obama, is more formal mostly because that is the way he wants it.

It is an eye opener to see the difference in the way Bush is welcomed and the way Obama is welcomed, to gatherings of our Marines.
