What that tells me is that there are no fleet deals contingent on EPA approval. Doesn't mean that once a fleet deal has done their testing and wants approval that they will not then be contingent on EPA approval.
I don't mean to sound divisive, but perhaps an exact answer to an exact question with no intention of divulging more than was asked for. What do you think?
