but... it has been noted that clint acquired cash from $250,000 in loans and $245,000 in the sale if ETNL stock...$495,000 to sustain his lifestyle in 2010...

Eternal Image aquired the cash from the loans and not Clint as you state here.

I was curious as to where this figure of 245,000 dollars in stock sales came from so I went to the SEC filings and totaled every form 4 that showed Clint selling shares back to Jan of 2009 and came up with total sales that amounted to $104,779.61. I divided that figure by 3 since it goes back to 2009 and came up with an annual total of $34,926 from stock sales. I don't really consider this to be very supportive of a grand lifestyle, do you?

and clint, acquired $525,000 from waterloo to sustain his lifestyle from 2011 to date...

We do know from the 8K that Eternal Image the company(not Clint the person) did receive money from Waterloo:

On May 3, 2011, the Registrant finalized a working capital loan arrangement with Waterloo International Funeral Supply, LLC (an Indiana limited liability company) as the lender. The governing agreements (the “Loan Documents”) that the parties entered into are: a Working Capital Loan Agreement, Security Agreement and Escrow Agreement. Pursuant to the Loan Documents, the maximum loan amount is $525,000. Previous advances in March and April, 2011, totaling $104,300 have been included as part of the loan arrangement.

The 104,300 dollar figure is documented but I was not able to find any documentation that disclosed the amount of money that the company received after this agreement was implemented. Also take note of the fact here that Clint did not receive this money but that it went to the company which is a corporation. Maybe I was looking in the wrong places so if you would supply the documentation and dollar figures it would be appreciated.
