4:02 PM Nokia's (NOK -15.7%) Lumia 900 phone is a big money-maker for Qualcomm (QCOM). iSuppli's teardown of the Lumia 900 turns up five Qualcomm chips - a baseband processor, a Snapdragon apps processor, an RF transceiver, and two power management chips. A Broadcom (BRCM) Bluetooth/Wi-Fi combo chip is also found inside the 900, which has an unsubsidized price of $450 and an estimated bill of materials of $209.
