Dilema here is... Court hearing is not until June. Merger is not closing until June. They can't do a lot of PR's before the merger closes. VRNG doesn't want someone else to steal I/P Protect. I/P Protect doesn't want VRNG stock to run so VRNG goes back and asks for a bigger piece of the deal.

So they have to keep quiet for another 4-6 weeks. I really don't have any faith those people holding shares over on yahoo board can hold on for a month and a half with little to no news.
