Still waiting for email confirmation on
the authenticity of the accompanying posted information from our board. Two days ago I sent the inquiry directly to Vincent and yesterday followed up sending it directly to Flint's investor relations contact on their website. Two days down and no response one way or the other. I even asked about the spelling of "inquiry"! LOL

Flint is currently working on financial disclosures that will be issued via OTC Markets Disclosure Service and these will be made available as soon as they are completed.
We currently expect that these will be completed during April. As Flint has a number of operating companies and corporate resources have been reduced to cut costs, it is takes longer to consolidate the results given the recent announcements of sales of assets further complicates reporting.
