Frank stated he is funded through 2008, by outside financiers, not stock.
If Frank is lying, which you are accusing him of, then he has fooled many important, large companies who are known for having strict requirements before doing business with a new network.

The estimates that the stock is undervalued were from published numbers from various PR's from Q. They were clearly listed as guesses and gave the reasoning behind them.

We will be seeing the audit results when they are finished, which I hope will be in the next few months, if not sooner.

No company has a good record with PR's--they miss all the time, especially startups..

If you focus on nothing but the negative of a company, and ignore all the positive, then no company would look good.
Think of what a long list of negatives you could come up for Microsoft??? You'd think anyone involved with the company would be penniless and in jail, if you ignored all the positive aspects.
