May or may not be. Lets stick to the matters of fact in the latest 10Q shall we? Where exactly in the latest 10Q say KADR has the money for the alleged 300 or so hires?

What is your explanation as to why KADR is hiring?


I personally don't believe KADR is hiring and have never ever said so.
