The part I like most, is they have no reason to dilute now, no new debt (no convertibles lurking) from raising that cash, a real $$ invested value to value the shares, and 10 times the cash they need to build the pilot plant!

Ambition with out knowledge is like ship in dry dock. Going nowhere fast!
