The Chinese Health Minister did not award the contract of Henan Province for electronic medical records to just any IT company! He and others of the ruling party knew that Unis-Tonghe was the best company for implementing records in their most problematic province (many diseases)! I do not think folks realize how hugh our ties with Unis really are! Unis will use their thousands of employees to complete a full coverage of Henan provinces hospitals for over 100 million citizens, and guess which company will be awarded more provinces in China! Chartis agreement helped push the PPS up to a high of .36 cents for an euphoric period of time with anticipated (hopeful) and as it turned out, minimal as yet... revenues! Unis-Tonghe/MMRF Joint Venture agreement on the other hand will provide realistic revenues this year and growing day by day throughout the coming years. MMRG has managed to hang onto the shirt tails of a real Chinese Tiger...Unis Tonghe!! Far Far bigger then Chartis for any anticipated revenue!..If MMRF made just 1 dollar per year off a PHR for any taxed Chinese citizen in Henan Province then of course that is 100 million for just 1 province...Many more provinces in the future!...Remember, MMRF has the Chinese Patent which bought Unis-Tonghe to the JV agreement table in the first place and that PHR will eventually be carried throughout all of China's 1.3 Billion people thru Unis or others!...Chartis blanket coverage is dependent on clients signing up to become users whereas Chinese citizens have no choice and will all become USERS..In the future Chinese citizens will heap praise on their wonderful leaders for having the foresight to put all of China on electronic medical records and particularly each citizens own PHR...JMO...Tif (Thanks BL and staff for fantastic JV!!)
