Dilution. Not a hard answer. But there are many reasons for dilution. The majority has cam in the last 6 months. Which I am guessing much came from leadership converting the restricted shares they have received. Which means either they are in a merger or acquisition or going belly up. Your choice of the two. Mine is the first. But that's my opinion.
