i have stated that bare bones, i believe that the valuation for NEOM is around 400 Million.

However, if NEOM got paid 33 dollars for every downloaded NEOM Reader, 18,000,000 we would have a valuation of 594,000,000. in 09 rumored MSFT was lookin to buy NEOM for 150 million.

Now look at what the valuation might be based on what the marketing dollars can do by using QR codes.

This is just a matter of time folks.

Also, dont forget, what makes putting a value on NEOM really tough. 1. QR codes are hot and growing. tough to put a valuation on it. 2. Intelctual property and obtaining patents is another hot aspect in the tech industry.
