Scott has it at .01 X .0028. Now, I know that it means nothing this early in the morning. But, I found it strange for 2 reasons: 1) the ask is way lower. 2) both are way above current PPS. Once again, probably nothing, but if anybody has any thoughts, throw 'em out.
