I have a hunch we see the new OFAC list this week. Looking through last years publication dates, when they skipped a month between postings, it was generally published within the first 2 weeks of the next month. Feb of this year the exception. It was published on the 15th.

It is also interesting to note that the Routine update of the list of Cuba Service Providers??? was generally released within a week or so before/after the Release? of Civil Penalties Information. That was released yesterday 4/10.
I'm not trying to raise false hope, but I think the longs need a bone here. We can hope and pray that AAVG is on this new release. As we can see, last year they never went more than a month without updating the list. It's coming any day. Hopefully it's good news!
