I think you might be wrong on dilution, The following statement is a quote directly from you

"Shares Outstanding 445,413,557 a/o Nov 10, 2011"

Ok now let's do a little math market cap/share value=outstanding shares...

Current market cap: 89,080
Current share price: .0002

89080/.0002=445,400,000

You can recheck my math but where's the dilution in the past 5 months...look to me to be the same amount of outstanding shares..
