Exactly Bop...

Here I am quoting a guy that I trust his judgments and he is talking about the characteristic of a sub penny climber company;

Ah a possible sub penny climber. I remember one, maybe 9 months to a year ago, which did very well. Just can't remember the symbol. A rare bird.

These are IMO 100% company management controled and they use and show no darkside tendencies, other then random accumulation spikes, which don't turn into pump & dumps. Management insiders reloading for the next climb up.

The stronger action starts when management has accumulated their own stock on the open market and gradually walked it up to resistance. After resistance break, you get well controled price increases not seen before. (the daily price swings gets larger & climb angle increases) These have a tendancy to become Temp Jobs. Because company management either can't find funding or doesn't want to get into bed with the devil. So they power trade their own stock to raise cash. I think of them as honest companies doing what ever they must to raise cash and grow. Yes they take money from retail, but not on greed. But bit by bit.

These can be interesting to watch, but don't often present large chart pattern gains to trade. The price will move at the insider managements will. Well controled to keep from causing too much damage to any one individual retail follower. NO parabolic bagholders.

While I said Temp Job, not really the typical one. They climb 3 months, but don't step up large and retrace. They seem to climb and base, then climb and base. With the largest gains seen at 1st resistance break.

At any rate if this is one of those. You could work there for 3 months, just without pop gains. More like a OTC position trade. Gradual, not erratic.

So for those who are looking for a pop gain, then KMAG is not it. but if you are interested in text book trading stock(as Bop said) then KMAG is your darling.
