Well, while MNLUD was on the sidelines here, they landed 3.2 million in cash with out dilution of the public holding company by selling 30% of the subsidary company owned by the public company, putting a .12/share cash in the bank value on it (cash plus the other 2/3rds for just the one subsidiary), so the public shares are still selling for half of the value the cash deal just raised making it a steal here.
Ambition with out knowledge is like ship in dry dock. Going nowhere fast!
