I don't know I would be a little concerned if the CEO (Doug Evans) of a company I invested in (SGC) hired a poster on IHUB (holistic solutions) as president of the company. And since the hire the company has diluted with more than 2 BILLION shares.

I thought this was an investment board not a charity board.
